Come to find out a pin on a contor under the dash on passenger side had come loose. Pushed it back in and everything works. Including the blower motor.

Pin 9, its a red wire all by its self. It's a black connector with a blue flip lock. C214, if you have a wiring diagram. It's found next to the BCM, on a black plastic clip. Hope thos helps.
