Try replacing your glow plugs if it starts having delayed starting time then that is the common problem easy way to tell is to use starting fluid if it starts easier then change the glow plugs

Timing belt? Or crank angle censor

Could be a fuse or electrical short normal if it has been off road you could of knocked a censer wire loose
