I took it to a very friendly Ford agency that informed me it is a common problem on the 3.2 , some shut off valve on the high pressure pump and replaced all injectors , the bleed-off on the injectors gone out of spec and not repairable.

It’s the cam sensor. Just replace it and all will be good. Only costs about $120 Australian. And 5 - 10 minutes time of your mechanic.
